What Should You Do Next

Get the EQC to provide you with a copy of your written scope of works including the costs they have allowed for the works.  Often the EQC will delay in getting this to you because they don’t want you to opt out.  So you may have to persevere and be a nuisance, but they are legally obligated to provide you with the information.
